Land Division Applications

Land Division Applications can be obtained at the Assessing Office or online in the Documents & Forms section. The application should be completed and returned to our office at least 30 days prior to transferring or selling any part of an existing parcel. Upon receiving the application, it is reviewed by the Planning and Zoning, Building, and Assessing Departments. It is recommended that residents who are considering a land division first stop into the Assessing or Planning Department to review the potential division before submitting the application. We are often able to answer questions specific to a particular parcel and address any potential reasons for denial prior to submitting the actual Land Division Application.
