Conditional
Rescission of a Principal Residence Exemption (PRE)
This enables a person
who has established a new principal residence to retain a
PRE on property previously exempt as the owner's principal
residence. The conditional recission allows
an owner to receive a PRE on his or her current property and
on previously exempted property simultaneously if
certain criteria are met. An owner may receive the PRE
on the previous principle residence for up to three (3) years
if that property is not occupied, is for sale, is not leased
and is not used for any business or commercial purpose.

program for Township residents only.

Clinton County residents and businesses
only. Clean Community Events are offered as a service
to residents to assist in the safe disposal of household waste,
to encourage recycling and reuse where possible, and to ensure
proper disposal of bulky waste items and trash. Minimal
fees apply. Clean Community Events are sponsored by
the Clinton County Department of Waste Management. For more
