The Township has a number of activity rooms, picnic pavilions, and recreation facilities available for rent. Granger Meadows Park has three picnic pavilions, a softball diamond, and a basketball court. Valley Farms Park has two picnic pavilions, two multi-purpose fields, a softball diamond, a basketball court, and two youth baseball diamonds. The Community Center has two activity rooms, commercial kitchen space, and a gymnasium available for public use. Rental requests must be made at least 3 business days in advance.
Fees:
Pavilions rent in 4-hour blocks: $65 for Township residents; $90/non-residents, plus a $50 refundable security deposit.
Community Center rooms rent in one-hour blocks: starting at $25 for Township residents; $35/non-residents, plus a graduated, refundable, security deposit.
Community Center gym rents in one-hour blocks: $40 for Township residents; $55/non-residents, plus a $75 refundable security deposit.
Athletic fields rent in one-hour blocks: $15 for Township residents; $40/non-residents, plus a $30 refundable security deposit.
Amenities Available:
Picnic pavilions include picnic tables (accommodating 80-100 people), standard electrical outlets, and 1 grill per pavilion.
Athletic fields are for use "as is." Fields are not chalked, striped, or prepped.
How to Check Availability and Request to Rent Online:
1. Check availability by visiting our online calendars.
2. On the Rentals page, make sure the Location is set to Township Facility Rentals, and choose a Type of resource from the drop-down search. Enter the Start Date and End Date to search. If there are rentals available for the date (or date range) specified, options will appear. If you receive the message "No results found", that means there is no availability.
3. View More to view availability, choose a slot, provide contact information, and Submit your reservation request.
4. Review the applicable Facility Use Policy (linked below) for the conditions of use.
To reserve a Township facility online, you will need to register and create an account. Rentals are not confirmed until approved and paid.
