Comprehensive Development Plan
The Comprehensive Development Plan is a long range plan that includes goals, objectives, and policies for the growth and development of the Township. These goals, objectives, and policies are stated in the text and illustrated in maps that are included in the Plan. The Future Land Use Map shows the preferred future location of various kinds of uses (residential, commercial, agricultural, etc.). The rest of the Plan illustrates the appropriate timing for future development.
The respective chapters of the Comprehensive Development Plan may be downloaded. Links are also provided to the various maps that are included in the Plan. All of the chapters and maps are in a PDF format and can be viewed using Adobe Reader. You may also download the entire Comprehensive Development Plan. Paper copies of the Plan and a CD-ROM of the digital files listed are also available for purchase by contacting the Planning Department.
