Granger Meadows Park is unlike any other recreational facility in the area. Designed to provide year round use, the park offers winter activities such as cross country skiing and sledding, as well as the traditional summer uses. The park has been designed to reflect the agrarian roots of the Township. Rolling berms covered in natural meadow grasses, a small orchard, and the earth tone colors of the buildings all suggest you're still on the farm.
The park is located near State and Wood Roads with access from Granger Meadows Lane. Granger Meadows Park is connected to Valley Farms Park by a lighted and paved trail. The 76-acre park includes recreational opportunities for everyone, including:
- 4,500 feet of mulched trails
- 70-foot high sledding hill w/ three slopes
- 9,300 feet of paved and lighted trails
- Adult softball diamond
- Barrier free restroom facilities
- Basketball court
- Inline skating rink
- Koi pond
- Lighted, paved barrier free parking
- Natural ice skating pond
- Playground
- Three picnic pavilions w/ grills
- Warming room
Granger Meadows Park is the result of a unique private-public partnership between the Township and Granger III and Associates. The park land and improvements were donated by Granger to the Township in 2005.
